The best self defense training achieves a balance between effective physical reactions and impulse control. It is critical to manage our emotional response to stressful situations yet this concept is often overlooked. Our goal is to help our students increase their physical abilities and establish a clarity of mind that reaches well beyond the studio.

Think of self defense training as a backup strategy for when there is 0% chance of resolving a conflict peacefully. It should always be your Plan B. The hope is to never use it but it’s important to have in the event that you need it.
